In our ongoing efforts to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our community, we are creating a 10-year community-driven Fire Master Plan to guide operational improvements and enhance how the services are provided throughout the Creston Valley Fire Service.
To accomplish this, we have engaged the Emergency Management Group (EMG), to assist us with this initiative. EMG is a consulting firm that has worked with many fire departments across Canada in developing their fire master plans, station assessments, and fire service reviews.
To successfully gather feedback, we need your assistance and ask that you take the time to complete the survey below. Your confidential responses will help to ensure focused action that continues to meet the diverse needs of all residents.
