The Town of Creston is considering implementing regulations for STRs (such as Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms) within our community. STRs have become increasingly popular in recent years, and while they can provide an additional source of income for homeowners, they can also have a significant impact on the character and livability of our neighborhoods.
