Thanks for checking out the third survey of the OCP 5 Year Community Check-in!  You're half way there! 

This survey will review the third Community Goal - Connectivity. The survey asks you to provide feedback on high-level polices. Be sure to click on the link below to read the supporting policies to get the full picture. 

Connectivity means: the directness of links and the density of connections in a transportation network (including streets, walking and cycling paths), and the degree to which the transportation network links people to their destination.

How to Complete This Survey:

1. This link will direct you to the Connectivity policies. 

2. Take a moment to review the Community Goal, Citizen Direction, and Policies. 

3. Watch the video on how the Town of Creston supports Connectivity

4. Begin the survey!
