Staff Report was presented to Council with proposed changes to the OCP and Zoning Bylaws as outlined in the Housing Action Plan. Council made the decision to postpone a decision to receive further information.

With new Provincial legislation, Staff will draft bylaws that align with the Housing Action Plan goals and meet Provincial requirements. The draft bylaws will be brought before Council before June 30th.
