Fill out a DIY Mobility Mapping Activity Sheet to tell us about a trip you take in town and let us know how we could improve your experience. Mapping Activity Sheets are available for pickup at:

• Town Hall

• Summit Cycles and Sports

• Creston Valley Public Library

• Kootenay Employment Services

• Creston Valley Visitor Centre

You can also download and print your own copy HERE, but please note that the file is formatted to be printed on 11x17 (tabloid) format and most people cannot print this size on their home printer. If you would like a larger version, please pick up a hard copy at one of the above locations.

Submit your DIY Mobility Mapping Activity Sheet to Town Hall by Tuesday, October 12th and be entered to win 1 of 5 $50 Gift Certificates to a Creston restaurant of your choice. Please include your phone number or email address on the bottom of the activity sheet if you wish to be entered into the draw.
