Project update for week ending August 6, 2021

This week the project continued to progress smoothly. Application and completion of the foundation coating and insulation wrapped up this week. Crews continued hauling in and compacting gravel inside and outside of the foundation while installing drain tile on the north and east side is on-going. McElhanney, geotechnical engineers, are on-site to provide onsite inspection of the perimeter tile and materials being used.

Looking ahead to next week, the site will continue to be prepped for the arrival of the concrete panel walls later this month. This includes installation of drain tile on west and south sides while the remainder of the site is built up and compacted.
